WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Contractor is highly experienced in government contracts; therefore, there was no learning curve on the Contractors end which yielded fast scope of work adjustments while maintaining forward construction work.

Nicholas Clements
Bureau of Reclamation

While all federal, state and local building codes were adhered to, AC Lopez typically exceeded those with materials that met or exceeded specification in plumbing, electrical, security and HVAC. Areas that required certain materials due to OSHA requirements that the gov. engineers missed in the SOW, AC Lopez pointed out and provided better than the standard.

Matthew Buretz
Dept of the Army
63rd Readiness Division

This contractor consistently performs well on all task orders awarded to their IDIQ. Great communication, clearly demonstrates expertise with road construction projects, and fully understand the Forest Service pre-award, award and administrative requirements and process closeout process.
